SCCM specialist

Your responsibilities

• Manage servers and workstations using remote management tools.
• Design, deploy, and support scheduled jobs for device management.
• Troubleshoot technology issues.
• Design, test, install, and maintain SCCM (MS Configuration Manager or Endpoint Configuration Manager) configuration and software packages.
• Advise executives on the best technological solutions for an organization.
• Monitor the performance of a company's desktop infrastructure and provide suggestions to improve efficiency.

Your skills and experience

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience providing servers and desktop support using centralized solutions (SCCM, Intune).
• Knowledge in Active Directory and Group Policy management and SCCM-based deployment of software packages, updates and configuration.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Remote desktop maintenance and troubleshooting tools and methods.
• Ability to create and manage technical documentation.

Nice to have 

• In-depth knowledge and experience in anti-virus products to ensure a secure desktop computing environment.
• Knowledge in 2-factor authentication, encryption, VPN, backups, and desktop deployments.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management products.
• Able to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Strong Powershell skills or similar script languages.
• English Intermediate level.
• Microsoft certification.
