L1/L2 Support Engineer

We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our team at the IT company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients.

The work schedule will be based on US time.

Your responsibilities

  • Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Establish remote sessions to assist customers with troubleshooting.
  • Maintain clients' systems.
  • Answer questions from customers about the features and capabilities of the system.
  • Prepare descriptive documentation for new features.
  • Create a knowledge database.

 

Your skills and experience

  • Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in Support will be a plus.
  • Proactive position, and a strong sense of empathy with customers.
